The presence of LARIVE in Romania dates back to 1993. To facilitate its own business growth, LARIVE decided in 1994 to establish LARIVE Romania, focusing on international business development and business advisory services for the foreign direct investors and local developing companies.
LARIVE Romania has assisted a large number of foreign or local companies in developing their businesses in the Romanian market. LARIVE Romania clients have directly invested more than EUR 250 millions in various Romanian projects (M & A, JV, Greenfield).
